NOTICE OF 18th REXECOM & SPECIAL SESSION/ 5th REGIONAL ELECTION

PARTICIPANTS: All Regional Officers, Club Presidents & Assemblymen and Key Club Officers are informed to attend during our 18th REXECOM & Special Regional Assembly Session. Likewise, ALL INCOMING CLUB PRESIDENTS AND ALL CLUB ASSEMBLYMEN of all Eagle Clubs affiliated with CVER are also hereby informed and instructed to attend as we shall also be conducting our 5th Regional Election of the incoming 5th Regional Assembly for Eagle Year 2026. These will be held on November 15, 2025 – Saturday 1PM at Hotel Pier Cuatro, Cebu City. Agenda includes updates and final coordination with our hosting on the 45th National Congress on November 21-22 in Cebu City. Likewise, all incoming members of the 5th Regional Assembly will have an election of Regional Officers for incoming Eagle Year 2026.
REGISTRATION: Kindly Pre-Register with your Club Assessment through advance payment to our Regional Treasurer, Kuya Jeg Senining in the amount of ₱2,000 inclusive of 4PAX Venue Accommodation, Meal, Flowing Beverage. An individual excess charge of ₱500 is set for additional attendees participating during the said event.

CLUB REPORTS: All Eagle Clubs affiliated with CVER are instructed to submit to the Regional Secretariat the prescribed 2025 Club Report summarizing your detailed projects covering January 2025 to date. This Club Report will be subject for Regional Evaluation for recognition in time during the Regional Year End event in December 2025. Likewise, as your Club Report will also be compiled as a Regional Report to the National Office, it shall also serve as a reference material for National Evaluation by the National Commission on Awards and Recognition in preparation for the January 2026 National Recognition during the Installation of incoming National President and Turnover Ceremony for Eagle Year 2026. Your Club Report should be printed in a long sized bond paper showcasing your monthly activities including Name of Project with few Photos, Date & Brief Description, Participating Organizations, Estimated Project Cost in PhP.
